Refund & Return Policy

At Evidence of Murder Case Files, we take pride in creating immersive, high-quality mystery experiences. Because our games contain hidden clues and unique solutions, we do not accept general returns or refunds once a case has been opened or shipped.

However, we understand that sometimes issues can occur — and we’re here to help.

Faulty or Incomplete Orders

If your case file arrives damaged, defective, or missing key components, we’re happy to make it right. We offer two options:

  • A full replacement copy of the game, shipped to you at no extra cost
  • A refund, if you prefer that over a replacement

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Before contacting us, please check our Missing Document Recovery Page — it might save you time if a printable copy is available there.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email us at support@evidenceofmurdercasefiles.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. A photo (if applicable) showing any damage or missing parts

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

All Sales Final

Please note: Because our mystery games contain sensitive material that reveals the solution, all sales are final once the package has been opened or the mystery has been accessed. Thank you for understanding — and for supporting independent game creators!
